Re: How to prepare black seeds and the preferred way to take

Hi, my name's Ebony, i'm interested in buying Nigella Sativa seeds,but I need iformation. My boyfriend has got cancer, and I we're not sure how much he should take as on every page it says a different thing. On one page it said to take 1 teaspoon twice a day, another two twice a day, and another one half an hour before breakfast. Also if we buy the seeds in capsules, how do we mix it with honey?
