This is a reply to # 2,210,014I just am starting the black seed, I purchased the already grounded one from you. I put 10 teaspoons of the ground seed in a jar and then put 10 teaspoons of honey in it and stir it up with a spoon. It was very thick. So I just take two teaspoons of this twice a day? Does it have to be refrigerated. Does the ground seeds need to be refrigerated? How else can I take these ground seeds? Can I take them in a cup of tea or coffee or cereal, and without honey it would be 1 teaspoon of the black grounded seeds? Just need to know besides my honey with them, thought I would be able to tolerate them better another way. Please give me your thoughts. MoreThis is a reply to # 2,216,666Actually that is wrong. You put a half kilo of honey and a 1/3 kilo of seeds and mix. Wait 24 hours and then see if it is too thick. The seeds will swell. Only use fine ground seeds in the honey. No do not refrigerate. You can make tea and that is very good. 1 tsp of seeds to one cup of water, bring to boil. Put the seeds next to your stove and add the seeds to everything you cook. Not a lot but enough.

This is a reply to # 1,346,157Hi, my name's Ebony, i'm interested in buying Nigella Sativa seeds,but I need iformation. My boyfriend has got cancer, and I we're not sure how much he should take as on every page it says a different thing. On one page it said to take 1 teaspoon twice a day, another two twice a day, and another one half an hour before breakfast. Also if we buy the seeds in capsules, how do we mix it with honey? This is a reply to # 1,346,157Hi, can you just sprinkle the raw whole seeds on yogurt and eat, thats the way i normally eat them, never heard having to heat and grind them before?
