Re: Still struggling with SIBO & More
I was not suggesting that the buttshaving was you, it was an example of what some anonymous posters do on this forum and how it is likely to be disregarded.
I can understand that you are ill, Increased Intestinal Permeability aka Leaky Gut is a big problem and can make a person feel like shit. I know too well.
Your digestion is poor and your methylation is disrupted and that can have a bad effect on your mood. Chances are that your liver enzymes are elevated and you might have some autoimmune type effects.
As I mentioned in your other thread, your problem lies in your stomach! A bacterial infection with a biofilm which is allowing incorrectly digested food to flood into your bloodstream putting a strain on your liver and immune system. They setup a situation, taking advantage of the normal human responses to enable them to live. As a consequence your protein digestion is likely to be very poor further worsening your health.
Destroy the biofilm as best as possible, prevent the bacteria detoxing any poisons aka antibacterials and destroy the persister cells. Quite a task even for the experienced. These are damn hard to beat!
I do not agree with
parasites being the cause of everyone's problems or candida or dental. BTW candida CAN inhabit a biofilm with gram negative bacteria which explains why so many are struggling to overcome candida.
Get your stomach working correctly and most things will rectify themselves, including SIBO which happens as a result of low stomach acid levels and incomplete digestion. This allows any organisms that get into the small intestine that are not destroyed by the acid stomach, a nice food supply. Until you correct this you are going to be wasting money attempting to stop them.
BTW a very low card diet might help but seeing as your protein digestion is so poor, swapping carbs for protein/fat is going to be difficult.
