I would guess parasite an-or dental.
I would get to St. Louis and see Dr Yu-or find a doc in NY who knows how to check for parasite and how the jaw can create disease
I used to know one guy in Ny Dr Tom Bolte-he missed my dental but a good guy-some call him the real dr house. Dr Yu I think is better but if tom still practices he may help.
