Depends on the tea sir. Rose Hip Seed Tea is actually one of the healthier ones for the way it binds to vitamin D and what not. I wouldn't recommend drinking any tea other then the ones that come from roots or seeds are those are a waste of time.
Also, the main keyword that I spoke about fruits and veggies was juices. I would not advise you eat any whole fruit at the time or anytime soon. After going so long on water, start by juicing. Not chunks or anything else.
