Concerning the red-brownish spots - it is possible that these are small capillaries that bled with skin rubbing or prolong warmth. Maybe coagulation deficit. Don't want to scare you though, these are rather benign. If you notice nose-bleeding red spots on the white of your eyes, it would be better to think of wrapping-up the fast, imo. Otherwise if a blood test showed normal coagulation status, then you could disregard my concern.
