Re: Day 28

Don't start to scare yourself with things like heart attack. It won't come if you are strong enough to get through it. It's just a craving whatever else is living with you in your body that it needs something, anything. Much like a drug addict who requires a fix after a few days of rehab.

Red-brownish spots could be bruising, you might be running low on platelets or just nutrients in general which causes swelling to make it's way to the skin much more easily.

High heart rate is due to the continued strain that your heart has to work under to fulfill much of your unsupplied energy. You haven't had any calories nor have you had any nutrients, carbs, proteins, sugars, fats etc. Therefore your heart has to work harder to use whatever else your body has left and ration it adequately to the most important organs first.

I would highly recommend 5-7 days before you end your fast, that you may switch to juicing or blending in one of those Bullet Ninja's or Skinnygirl blenders. Use only green veggies if you want to keep calories down, i.e., no fruits. Otherwise feel free to add a shit-ton of blueberries and pineapple to help restore every nutrient you need.
This will be like a system shock, where all the nutrients will be sucked like inside a vacuum and sent on their way to everywhere they need to go. I would do this for the rest of the days. Make sure you drink tea, such as Rose Hip Seed Tea if you don't plan to juice. It's got retinol and other needed nutrients while not providing calories.

Glad that you finally found some joy and happiness and libido is going up. But let me remind you, you do NOT want to spank the monkey or give in to any temptation. This is the time to actually reshape your synapses and enjoy the other things in life to find balance. I mean, I believe that is the whole point in doing these things. Mind-Body-Soul.

Good luck broski
