There is no nose bleeding and my eye white is perfect. Haven't rubbed my skin. I remember that the same happened to me a few years ago (not while fasting) and those spots faded away very slowly, half of them disappeared in about 2 years and the rest remained in a very light color.

I forgot to mention that these look exactly the same as small birthmarks (<1mm) just much lighter in color and the newly appeared ones have varying light shades. All of them are light but some of them are already barely visible by default. (Just like several years ago.) Since the spots that appeared long ago faded very slowly I don't think that these would be blood clots, those are usually very dark.
