I forgot to mention some other things that might be interesting for others.
My Sleep pattern has also stabilised during the last week. I get sleepy between 5-7am and 7-9pm and in both cases I can have quite deep sweet sleep with 1.5-4.5 hour duration. On average I sleep 2x3 hours daily and I feel rested the whole day. In the first half of my fast I was alerted the whole day and I could have only low quality sleep only when I was completely exhausted after about a day without sleep.
In the last few days my daily water intake was only about 0.5-1liter. I don't measure how much I drink. I drink about 3 glasses of water, usually in the morning, mid-day, and before sleep I go to the tap and drink directly from it.
