Re: Day 28

Thank you!

I resisted self-gratification because I know that it' would waste a lot of energy and nutrient at this point.

In a previous thread I was disadvised from breaking with pineapples because of its possible bad effects on rested stomach. Originally it was on my palette because I love it. I personally love blueberries (one of the few fruits I eat whole year even outside season when it's sour) but I'm afraid it would be too acidly this time.

I've already bought different kind of apples, pear, and grapes of different varieties for the first day and I'm equipped with both a coldpress juicer and a blender. I will add melons too. From the second day I will introduce veggie juices and I will continue fruit/veg juicing for 1-2 weeks during which I introduce solid fruits and yoghurt. I will follow that with a few egg-heavy days and then I start going more wild with beans, rice, fish and chicken to replenish the wasted protein. And I'm a huge mixed nuts fun but that will be the last step because of its heaviness.

I didn't think about the tea but I'll try it. I'm not a tea drinker and to be honest I never thought that a cup of tea that is almost only water could have high nutrient content... But tea can be a good idea as a low calorie "snack".
