I have been plagued with the same thing, and tried 2 different kinds of Lotrimin to no avail. I came here, and found several of the cures and tried them: Coconut Oil, both internally, and externally, Dr. Bronner's soap, Acidophilus tablets, and L-Methionine amino acids, and vagisil cream...

All seem to be a waste of time... I went to a doctor, and he simply said that this is very common problem, and if you don't have big sores, most likely is either a yeast infection, or a bacterial infection that has gotten into the hair follicles. Scratching only makes it worse.

I was prescribed 2 different pills, and a cream to apply.....

Knocks it out fast ! Just see a doctor, they will save you a lot of grief and time with all of these trial and error fixes....
