I get a bad case every 2-3 years in summer.
Wash with Dr Bronners teatree oil soap... blow dry... lots of powder to keep dry day & night... no underwear.
I tried every OTC product... none worked.
One year dermatologist prescribed Econazole... worked in 1-2 weeks... so next time i bought on ebay from china for $11... worked again
