Thank you for the advice of telling the truth about what I feel and what I think to the team. It did ease the emotional strain that I have been suffering for long.I am currently required to keep a journal of my thoughts and feelings. I was advised to take medications though. I'm on a two-weeks break from work right now so I can be free of the daily stress that had been bugging me for so long.
Thanks for sharing "Getting Into The Now" technique. I'll try to practice that while I'm on vacation. It seems very effective according to those who have tried it. I really appreciate what you shared to me. I know that this will not be easy for me and I can't get rid of the Depression in a snap. But I'm hoping that knowing what to do will make things manageable somehow.
