How many ways is 461 wrong, let me count the ways...
First:
Totally wrong, terrible and incorrect. This lady has one idea in her peabrain, to get everyone to zap and never actually solve their problems.
Go to the Liver Flush evidence forum and look at the fairly recent final debunking of the soapstone nonsense. I won't ride you since you're young, but this soapstone shit has to stop once and for all. The people that have propagated the soap theory are all dunces plain and simple, it just is not possible to create soap from hcl acid and oil. People need at least 7-10 flushes, that's the minimum.
Continue with the Liver Flushes until you're running clean. Doubly so because you're young and strong still.
You are a vata man. Maybe with mixed kapha in there too. The mucous could be that you are eating correctly now and your body is cleaning out, hard to tell.
Ginger every day, cook and boil everything, even water. No raw foods at all for 3 weeks as an experiment except maybe some raw garlic. Googlify vata diet.
Vatas do not tolerate supplements and have fickle immune response. parasites are a given, but the diet has a lot of anti- parasite 6000 year old tech built into it. The Liver Flushes and diet alone could get you all the way. Also stop all vegetable oils except coconut and only use ghee or coconut oil for fats. More salt in the diet, maybe some vinegar too. Maybe mold in your environment.
If you want to be serious and proactive get a hair test to check your mineral status.
Zappers are toys, give them as presents to toddlers for xmas.
