17 Year Old Needing Guidance on Health Issues
Hello everyone,
I'm a 17 year old male, who has has been trying to cure some symptoms that have been plaguing me for years. The problem is there are so many conditions and so many supplements that I always end up trying a product that does nothing for me.
Basically, whenever I eat a meal, no matter what, I have to spit out clear mucus. I usually have to spit out a ton of mucus right after the meal, and as the hours pass, the amount of mucus I need to spit decreases. However, once I eat another meal, the cycle repeats itself. The overall effect is that I am spitting mucus all day long, every 10-20 minutes.
Furthermore, after eating any medium sized meal, my stomach bloats quite a bit. I am an athletic, skinny person, so the bloating is extremely noticeable. My bowel movements are fairly good, with no constipation or anything. I have cut out processed foods, gluten, and dairy for a long time now.
I think it's worth mentioning that in the fall/winter my hands and feet are always cold. Also, I do have some mild eczema.
Right now, my conclusions are that I have
food intolerances to many things such as oils and any forms of sugar. I think my immune system is hyperactive and producing excess mucus whenever I eat. I want some guidance/ideas on what could be causing these "
food intolerances ".
I've considered a myriad of possibilities, such as leaky gut, heavy metal toxicity, parasites, candida, adrenal fatigue, inflamation etc. I realize that it could be a combination of factors, but I would like some advice in what direction I should move in. I have tried many products/remedies such as Grapefruit Seed extract, apple cider vinegar, garlic, probiotics, Candidase, Betaine HCL, coconut oil, sauerkraut, vitamin C supplements, and cayenne pepper. None of these have had any tangible impact on my body. I have attempted one
Liver Flush and gotten some results, but many people say that the
Liver Flush just produces soap stones.
Besides all the symptoms I outlined, I feel like a healthy person. I am a basketball player for my high school, practicing 2 hours for 6 days a week.
I appreciate anyone taking the time to read this.
