BTW flax oil or fish oil (the Omega 3 oils) are strong anti-coagulants. If one has a propensity for bleeding, or is wounded, or a woman is in her period, caution is advised. They can make the bleeding much heavier than it is supposed to.
I would assume having greens and green juices can counteract some of that, provided that vitamin K producing bacteria are still on the crop when it is consumed.
