Since a couple of different Budwig videos talk of probiotics in the dairy component, homemade Yogurt may have plusses that offset other negatives. Plus, Yogurt is the cheapest option, and enables me to use Budwig as a replacement where I might have otherwise eaten Yogurt anyway (with Khitchree or as part of a Budwig-flax Tahini dip for use with carrots, celery, and cauliflower, or a Budwig hummus with cucumber/greens/mint salad). All are superfoods of various types.
