It combines the Budwig with my other point of turmeric + black pepper. A couple cloves of garlic and some oregano may also be good additions, as they fight cancer.
Plus, it uses Kefir for the probiotics, which is why I think homemade Yogurt has many positives, as a substitute for cottage cheese.
Again, if one adds soaked, sprouted chick peas, this combination becomes Hummus-like, with flax instead of sesame being the only major change. That means one can eat it with a cucumber/lettuce/mint minced salad as well, or as a dip with carrot/celery/cauliflower, as a full dinner.
Creating/finding acceptable recipes is important in order to realistically do this daily, in a raw vegan theme, without being miserable. Considerable innovation is required to truly 'hack' a solution..
As I build a process for a daily routine, making the whole mixture for the day (excluding flax seeds) at once, and then grinding/blending the flax seeds right before eating, works.
