drink; mung; ayurveda

Good to know. I may use the rice+mung when my budget is rather low. I hope you did not have white rice, but whole grain.
Yogurt is not cleansing, I would say.
Mono-meal is when you have 1 food, I believe. Like only banana; OR only mung. ... OK, lets then add some rice, but not yogurt.
I have to say for these above to be cleansing they need to be organic. Pesticides (or God forbid GMO) in them will definitely not contribute to your healing, quite the opposite.
You choose what to do - depending on your experience and results :)
In any work environment it is going to be hard (but easy after making adjustments) to do whatever, which is different from anyone else. You can bring your own drink that you prepared before, and you don't really need to explain what you are drinking. Just say "I like my own mug" and smile.
BTW I can't stress enough the importance of raw food. I listen sometimes to Sadhguru and according to him a major culprit for sickness among vegetarian Indian people is eating cooked food and not enough raw vegetables and fruits.
