I agree with happyvegan. Just try and see from experience. If apple in the Gorilla milk turns your suspicion on - skip it. I actually do this just coconut+almonds by themselves. Then have green juices apart, not being fan of mixing many things.
15 ingredients in a salad are good if combined well. I actually have this by exception, mostly in vegan restaurants. I can't bring myself of doing this home in my small kitchen site.
I've juiced with and without apple. All is in the proportion and dose. Sometimes I find the sweetness from the apple is too obnoxious and want my green juice bitter, so next time I skip and put just 1/2 lemon or 1/4 depending on the quantity. Sometimes green apple has so little sweetness, that I gladly use it for its liver-cleansing effect.
Courage, this is an exciting journey and at the end of it you will discover there is no cyst or high BP, and you would undoubtfully say - I like the things I've discovered and my new way of living.
