I don't think you "have" to go for nephrectomy.
How can they tell it is pre-malignant just by looking at a cyst on a black-and-white picture. Cyst means encapsulated, means no metastases.
If I were you I would take a break from work and go for a fast at True North fasting center, if you feel that saving your kidney now is on the line. Or you may start home and then complete everything at True North.
Drs often tell you - you have to do this, you have to do that. The truth is, it is your choice. It is my choice not to vaccinate and not to get along with ideas for knee surgery. My surgeon was also in for 150 thousand $ surgery on my neck - ha! - of course I did not give him the chance of making a Robocop out of me.
