Oh, mixing yogurt with sesame seeds/paste (tahini) is a staple of Middle Eastern cuisine, either as a tahini-yogurt paste, or as a component of hummus. We are just doing the same with flaxseeds.

I might mix the Budwig with soaked garbanzo beans and make a hummus (grinding flaxseeds right before consumption).

I wonder if sesame seeds are similar to flax. If so, a lot of Middle Eastern people are effectively doing Budwig daily, since yogurt + sesame oil + sesame seeds is what they combine with chick peas to make hummus.
