I am glad to hear that yogurt mixes better with oil. I have never tried it. Now that I am trying to be 100% raw vegan, I am staying away from yogurt as much as possible, but I will give a try just to learn. I know with my dog's mix it took us long time to mix the cottage cheese and flax oil.

All great suggestions for adding to the Budwig mix.

This a funny story, when we said out loud it is Budwig time my dog ran to the kitchen and was so ready to eat it, she loved it.

I miss her a lot.
