Actually, the FDA proved in a round about way that ParaZapper is effective.

In 2006, they raided our offices and carted away all of our documentation and customer files. They called many many customers, possibly several hundred in an attempt to prosecute us for fraud. They had only one customer state that one of our products did not work for them. They were not able to prosecute and ended up classifying our zappers as CLASS-3 medical devices when sold for use to treat or cure illness or disease.

All kinds of infections? Heck no! It only kills almost any microbe that we have tried it on.

However, since it does not provide every frequency possible, there may just be some that we have not found yet.
