Re: too many drugs, too much reliance on the environment for being in good mood
Good point, Archus! Very true. Don't worry about that please, I would not have ever thought that you got me in this mess.
I miss-judged on the point of a probable hyper-sensitivity on the part of Nightlark, I should have known better. Anti-anxiety medication, especially in combination with long-term caffeine or other stimulants can produce that too. Nightlark, if you are reading this message, the brominated oils in Gatorade are harmful for your body and mind, as well. Not to mention all the processed stuff in it.
I agree with sman1109 further in the thread, you would benefit from
Iodine drops on the skin, even while fasting. Bromine does the totally opposite, prevents different systems from functioning well.
I wish fasting was established as a weekly ritual in the West. It will enable all to see clearer with their mind-eye.
I agree with you that when the body is toxic, the mind is also foggy, irritable and impeded from fine-discerning. I tend to forget it, though.
I have a totally unrelated Q to you, Archus. I have read a major part of Sheldon's work but I can't seem to find where he talks about joint healing - did he ever write, actually, about joints? Did you ever read about joints in his work?
Cheers,
DL
