I haven't stopped fasting, but I did cut down on supplements and drugs. But I added low-calorie Gatorade. I guess that means this isn't a Water Fast anymore, but I still think it is some type of fast. I don't want to stop fasting; I think I've been through the worst. I'm starting to feel better and more energized. I'm not losing a ton of weight, but I feel that if I stick this out as long as I can, more will come off soon.
