Re: Kefir caused yeast infection?

Sounds unpleasant. For years I've suffered from mucocutaneous candidiasis which I developed in the four fingers of my right hand which I used for years to stir kefir (which I made from goats milk through the strainer through. I also developed a nasty urinary yeast infection (though I'm male). I ate no Sugar and was a whole, natural food guy all the way-still am. I got rid of the yeast UTI after I got off kefir but still have the MCC years later- but it's much better. D'Adamo's book about geno-type diet advises "geno-type teacher" people not to use kefir. I now use only yogurt which I home made from home made cooked soy in puree form and a culture I developed and tolerate it without neg symptoms. Best to you!
