Hi all. I've been having yeast infections for about 3 years now. I clear them with boric acid but anyway, I just started making and taking kefir with no problems, HOWEVER, I'm making it in almond milk, not cow's.
I'll check into the Bee Wilder's and pay d'arco suggestions!
