Re: Kefir caused yeast infection?

How often do you get them?
How do you take the pau de arco, in capsule form, tea? Do you apply vaginally?
It's possible you have developed a yeast allergy. You should get tested if you have a good allergist that won't laugh at you. I've had horrible luck with allergists, but I did get tested intradermally, 3 times, all said negative. but my newest doctor tested me intradermally, and said I was positive to molds, and candida. who knows who to believe....??????.......but whatever. I'm on some mold drops that cover the gamit. They seem to be helping...! at least for now. Don't want to speak to soon.
I can't tolerate kefir, as good as it is for you. I was making it at one time. I avoid most dairy now.
