Personally, was eating a lot of raw sweet fruits a few months ago (was raw vegan) and I thought I was doing everything right but it didn't help and made things worse. Now I've been focusing on Kiwis, berries and citrus like lemon water as they don't raise blood Sugar as much as fruits and their vitamin c cintent. Doing this has had the greatest affect than any other alternative remedy. Supplemental vitamin c never helped. Stick to the whole form
