Over 70 years, more power to you. Absurd amounts that are not done so for therapeutic reasons or even then must be monitored and used for a limited time to acquire and achieve the healing result you seek. Anything other than for such reasons would be considered, in my opinion, beyond reasonable. Supplements for purposes of maintaining health and prevention of illness or disease should be in moderate amounts.
I have not lived so long but have lived my life,raised my children all without mainstream medicine. When one of my children did get cancer she was encouraged and influenced to do the conventional. A big mistake but a huge lesson learned for others to take heed from; the switch to alternative brought the cancer under control and nearly alleviated it until the late effects of the chemo kicked in.
