I myself ingest 75 to 100 grams of ascorbic acid every single day, and have averaged over 50 grams per day for the past nineteen years [WITH NOTHING BUT THE BEST OF HEALTH TO SHOW FOR IT]. But that is MY Bowel Tolerance [and I worked up to it very slowly]. You never hear me recommending to anyone HOW MUCH they should ingest [other than THEIR Bowel Tolerance amount]. I am only "pushing" that a person educate themselves, so that they are in a better position to decide [in/for their own health matters].

Other than supposedly causing kidney stones [which has, from my view, been debunked many times], the other listed "dangers" [in your quoted article (with few exceptions)] I simply consider detoxification symptoms, i.e. ultimately healthful in the long run. Is it your belief that the drugs that allopathic doctors prescribe are somehow "risk/danger" free? Yes, the amount of ascorbate one ingests should be moderated to allow one to "put up with/handle" those detoxification symptoms. Each must decide that issue for themselves.

And what of the clinical experiences of Dr. Klenner and Dr. Cathcart [too name just two], dealing with TENS of thousands of patients over many decades? Apparently these facts only seem to anger you. Clearly [it seems to me] you are bitter [at least in part] over the fact that you have been unable to solve your cancer problem(s). I am sorry about that fact, and I mean it. If there was something I could say or do to help you improve your situation, I would. But adopting your restricted attitude about anything other than allopathic medicine would be unconscionable for/to me!
