Re: Kefir for allergies/eczema/bad skin

Hi there,

How's your condition? I have turned around my eczema in a span of 18 months with many trial and error... i am eczema free now for the last 2 years.

Here's my take.

First, remove all offending, gluten is the main culprit for any diseases. So it means no bread, biscult, cookies, tidbits etc

2nd, cleanse your digestive system and power up with probiotic or digestive colon cleanse etc etc. After you have a healthier gut then you pump more good nutrients into your body.

Good nutrients food are wholesome superfood such as organic fruits and vegetable. I know wholesome food are hard to come by where you are from and its very costly. Get yourself some quality supplements such as organic wheatgrass and omega3/6/9 oil into your protocol, healthy oil will ease the hydratiion. I spend about $100 or less a month for my supplements

I am also from SIngapore, if you need more help, send me a PM. I have affordable practitioner who have good heart to cure at reasonable rate.

RgdS Mei
