Re: eczema triggers

Ok i will try to find my trigger, but i flare up even without having eaten food(when i wake in the morning a few mins later its red already)

And recently it just flares up without any warning. After brushing my teeth with just water i find it red as well.

I will look into the Elimination Diet and hope for the best. Tweet
