I have already cut out alot, but i cant cut out some things since im always outside and i can only eat outside food. But i do try to not eat diary, not sure what gluten is but i eat vegetable based soup, rice based noodles, lots of vegetables and tofu.
Not sure what else i can cut out. I have eaten some things and it doesn't cause the redness to come back but sometimes eating the same things does make the redness come back. I get confused by this since there isn't consistency.
