You can skip chapters that you feel can be read later on and not a priority now. One you should read is about starvation.

I use simple logic. If our body stops the process of autolysis when it knows food is coming in but then food does not come in, you do not get the benefit of progression of ketosis and autolysis.

In your case especially, it would be very good for you to do a fast with water only and no other partial foods. BTW, I know you have read this, but also no teeth brushing with anything.

Since your cyst is 2cm only, it may be cleared up in ten days.

Are you planning a sonogram at that point?

Also do have BP meter for home use? That may help to see your BP slowly going down during your fast. After your fast if your BP does not improve, you should try Mukta Vati, I have heard so many people benefitting from it, including my own brother had high BP and in one week he got normal results.
