Yes, I am reading Dr. Shelton's book. But it is a lot to take in, and the format of chapters does not lend to printing out the whole book, so I hope I don't miss anything.
Why would lemon-juice-only be bad, if autolysis still happens at 90% the rate of a water fast?
I guess a question we need more data for is how much autolysis happens in a juice fast, minimal juice fast, and water-only fast.
