Milk has been known to decrease development of children's brains. I took frozen yogurt last Saturday, and upon first bite, had a shock to my system because I could taste the Sugar overload and the meatness of the milk inside. I didn't want to waste and ate the entire thing. I had severe allergies the next day and couldn't stop sneezing and blowing my nose. Milk is not good for your immune system or digestive system.

Aside from that, I congratulate you two for being vegetarians, because we people are supposed to have IQ 5 pts higher than non-vegetarians. But if you could also stop eating processed Sugar products (like yogurt) and high-fat foods, you will gain another 5 points, according to many sources.
