I am starting my Water Fast Monday, so we will be co-fasting to some extent. I am still not sure if I will do full water or 1 tbsp of lemon juice or not. We shall see.
The yogurt I eat is homemade. Never store-bought. It has live cultures, and I keep making new yogurt from the live culture. I am not sure if Yogurt made from ordinary homogenized milk negates the negatives or not, but it is a probiotic, and whenever I have stomach distress, the yogurt cures it quickly.
Although homemade sauerkraut may be better due to an even higher probiotic count, the downside is that sauerkraut has a lot of sodium (as one needs Sea Salt to make it in the first place).
