Re: Head Ache / Lethargy / Sickly feeling
Have researched Yogiboy and the Yogi who was in the hospital for testing while dryfasting a good deal, and looked at dry fasting since a person contacted me to offer spiritual support, and he's a fasting fan.
Meditation to that degree brings the emotional states right to nigh zero, and it's actually fun. Harder to reach it when suffering the 'woes and stings of outrageous fate' and food/digestion/bifilms, though.
Also the skin primes itself for obtaining moisture from the air.
There's a spiritual side to it too. Scripture calls to fasting and cleaning the body and house of yeast products every year, as well as deworming (passover mean includes bitter herbs).
There was a ton of trade between india, china and israel long before Yahushuvah's time, there's even giant meditating statues on the east african coast where it's ideal conditions for a peaceful fast, just like the ones made in india and pakistan. Great big trade of ideas between those countries.
Heard a story of folk who extended their life by choosing that pattern of behavior, though I see it as necessary to be away from the flock of folk to get peace enough for that.
