I have recently started to cut out the majority of carbohydrates from my diet (I was once a breakfast cereal, sandwich at lunch and an evening meal that would involved either potatoe, pasta, rice or more break, along with a biscuit here and there throughout the day). I have cut them out mainly due to stomach ache and a heavily coated tongue. Although the stomach ache is less, I don't seem to be going to the toilet as often, and have started to feel more tired, headachy and sickly overall, last night I was woken up by heartburn, which has never happened before. Is this the usually feeling when cutting out carbs?
