I got very severe hearburn about two months ago, infact i had to go to ER and see doctor becouse it was frightening and i felt it on heart side also. I think i have low stomach acid problem, and now starting to fix it. Zink is needet for making stomach acid, so you could up dayly zink.



It`s very good you cut most carbs out, i would cut all grains also for now becouse it feed candida. Later if get candida to balance you can enjoy more carbs and some grains again so it is not a life sentence.


i agree what illys / elisah says, that butyric-acid thingy there is very important to gut health,


Well i dont say it is 100% sure you have candida problem, but the symptoms do hint it is very possible.
