Your eagerness is inspiring. However it is clear that the modern High Carb, High Sugar human diet causes diabetes, and the dietary guidelines MUST change. The Food Pyramid is upside down. People are consuming far too much sugary drinks, bread, pasta, cookies, cakes, & high carb foods. Then they simply eat too much. We just don't need 3 meals every day!

"Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease that usually occurs when the human body is not able to produce enough insulin."

The human body is incapable of providing enough insulin to overcome the excessive high carb foods being consumed. For millions of years, we evolved as hunter-gatherers, and that is the way we should eat now.

You cannot fight the FDA and the American Diabetes Association which promotes the basic Food Pyramid high carb diet! They are corrupted by Big Pharma and Big Food Companies which are getting rich from the Pandoras Box of health problems caused by horrible diets. You cannot fight the large food companies promoting soda pop in schools. The entire system is set up to promote obesity and sickness for profit.

Just go to any supermarket and look at the GARBAGE being put into shopping carts. Begin your research there, then study how quickly diabetes is cured by super obese people having their stomachs stapled. Within just a few week after stapling, diabetes is GONE, drugs no longer needed, and they have not lost much weight yet.
