Re: Diabetes Research Results

Archus,

I also just LOVE Dr. Hallberg. She is simply brilliant, and it is fun listening to her lectures.

I am very happy to have helped you. I suffer from a pot belly that absolutely DEFIES resolution. I'm afraid it has turned into bacon over the years and IT is fighting tooth & nail any and all attempts to get rid of it. As a last resort, I may have to go on a fast to get rid of the damned thing.

I'm beating myself up at the gym EVERY morning on the treadmill and resistance weights. I've also radically changed my diet to eliminate as much carbs as possible. I have the ketogenic test strips but I have not been able to get even close to the Keto zone so far. My last pre-breakfast blood Sugar test was 130 - I'll test again in a few weeks and I hope it looks better at that time!

I have ordered the Ketogenic Cook Books from Amazon.Com to help the wife and I figure this out. (She is also pre-diabetic).

Best to us in our fight against diabetes,
Grizz
