Re: Calcium Allergy

The pain in your joints is prob. caused by oedema and maybe bursitis. I have the same problem with the Calcium.

I think it's because of the type of calcium and maybe low D and low magnesium. It all works together.

In milk etc we have calcium carbonate.Carbonate is:chalk. Your body can't handle the chalk. Not soluble and it goes round and round in your body and get stuck in joints etc. It creates calcium Crystals.
Prob the other form in vegetables etc is no problem.

Cut back the slices cheese you eat. In my case from 6 to 1 or 2. Don't take sup. with calcium. Stop drinking milk.

Also it's true that you could have a lot of lead in the body. Because the lead has the same structure as calcium. The body seas lead as calcium. And then in combination with low D.

Also i had obstipation. You know what chalk does if you use chalk.

So i think it's not the calcium itself but the form of calcium:carbonate.

Try it out. I've tried it myself a lot of times.
I know now......and i won't try it again because i know in how much pain i am the next day.
