Re: Calcium Allergy

Hello, thought I was alone. I cannot tolerate even the smallest amount of calcium without large amounts of magnesium. I'm thinking leaky gut syndrome. With calcium I have increased pain in my hip and leg that leads all the way down to my right foot. The increase in pain is significant and decreases with significant increase in magnesium. Almonds make it worse, milk twice as bad. I can only tolerate small amounts 1/2c or less of full fat greek yogurt. Oh and combine calcium with any wheat product and it's a recipe for disaster. I won't sleep, I'll be up all night and in pain for two days. I have tried NAET and started to feel better but cannot afford the treatmets now. As one person said there are connections to all of these things. Eggs have calcium, apples have calcium, oranges etc. I will go back to NAET treatments because after 7 visits I had started to lose weight and had decreased by craving for eggs. Helps to know I'm not alone.
