Calcium Allergy
When I ingest Calcium I suffer from the following symptoms for about 24 hours afterwards:
* Restless Leg Syndrome
* Joint pain
* Lower back pain
* Muscle tension / Stiff Muscles
* I shake when deliberately tensing my muscles
* Mood swings
* Depression
* Anxiety
* Mild paranoia
* Anger
* METALIC TASTE IN MOUTH
* Mental cloudiness
* Butterflies in stomach
* Gastrointestinal problems
* Fatigued
* Confused / Disoriented
* Staring spells
* Trouble expressing myself / Speaking / Talking / Focusing
* Mild stuttering
* etc.
QUESTIONS:
1. Is this an allergy to Calcium?
2. Is it GENUINELY possible to be "ALLERGIC" to calcium?
3. Anyone know the CAUSE?
4. Anyone know of how I can ingest calcium and avoid the symptoms?
-I know people with a typical allergy can just take an anti-allergy pill. Would it work for a calcium allergy?
5. What can I do to permanently overcome the allergy?
I've tried NAET and it didn't work.
Someone please help me. I'm extremely motivated to get better and I would 100% appreciate any and all advice, answers, suggestions, and comments.
THANK YOU ALL!!!!!
PS: Is there any significance in the metalic taste in my mouth? Not sure why that happens or if it might indicate something. Maybe some of you guys have some knowledge about why this happens.
