Ok well basically it was becoming clear a little while ago but then now it's coming confusing again. Simple basically putting it.

Im not feeling as bad as I was 2 weeks ago. But:

Put yourself in my shoes. I ma Noob that messed up somewhat.

PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES:

You got your Fillings replaced (4 bottom side teeth)
by a regular practicing dentist. No safety proceedure used.

You felt a little ill but its fading away now.

You want to go to a holistic dentist and get the rest removed

(Also do they leave the ones replaced by the regular dentist?)
