HELP, MERCURY poisoned/ Exposure from Removal of Fillings.

Hello everyone I have a really important question about me being Exposed to Mercuty and need your Help right away. I know what I did may be wrong but here goes..

I have had a mouth full of Silver fillings except my front row of teeth. They have made me depressed to have a mouth full of these. The thing is I had one removed last year and it was fine. No problem since I'm guessing I don't have any extreme sensitivity to it.

But lastweek I had 4 taken out and replaced with Composite fillings everything was fine until I start having headaches on the side of my body in my Brain, Eye and Neck along with Testicular burning sensation. I'm somewhat confused and Doctors probably cannot help me.

I know since I have fillings in my mouth I can't just go ahead and Chelate the normal way and to stay away from Bentanite Clay. I take Selenium and Garlic every now and then.

I also heard of a PROCESS where I would be able to move the Mercury from my brain and other Tissues into my Stomach then EXCRETE it out through FECES. I'm not sure I think it involved DMSA and Alpha lipoic Acid, or Chorella (sp). Can someone please explain this Process to me as I need help at this time to do this safely. Thanks Tweet
