Great responses you have gotten, you sound like you have done your research. Might I add one thing - Doing The Master Cleanse once as written may give you the valuable experience and knowledge of your body with which to make even wiser choices in how to heal yourself. Pepe has done it a few times. I have only done it once. He has been consistantly very helpful to me.
